Abstract
The invention is a platform structure for low-temperature manufacture of a scaffold for tissue engineering. It comprises: a frame body; an annular thermal conductive component fixed to the frame body; a thermal conductive platform movably arranged at the middle of the annular thermal conductive component while an edge of the thermal conductive platform directly contacts an inner side wall of the annular thermal conductive component so that a space with changeable depth is formed by the thermal conductive platform and the annular thermal conductive component; a longitudinal movement mechanism connected with a bottom of the thermal conductive platform for driving the thermal conductive platform to descend so as to increase the depth of the space gradually; and a low temperature generation mechanism connected with the annular thermal conductive component for cooling the annular thermal conductive component. In the situation of low temperature manufacture, the platform structure of this invention can effectively avoid deformation of a top of a higher scaffold for tissue engineering, so that the higher scaffold for tissue engineering can be manufactured and internal structure dimension of the scaffold for tissue engineering can be uniformed.
