Abstract
The present invention discloses a piceid filling collagen scaffold, a preparation method and an application thereof. According to the present invention, collagen is adopted as a raw material, 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide are subjected to cross-linking and freeze-drying to obtain a scaffold adopting the collagen as a main body; adipic acid-modified dextran is adopted to modify piceid to improve solubility of the piceid; and finally the collagen scaffold is impregnated in the modified piceid solution, and the modified piceid is adopted to fill the collagen scaffold. With the present invention, a basic idea of tissue engineering is adopted as a guide, collagen with good biocompatibility is adopted as a main component, a three-dimensional collagen scaffold for cartilage cell growth is cultured in vitro, and modification is adopted to improve solubility of the piceid so as to provide convenience for tissue engineering scaffold modification.
