Abstract
The invention discloses pH-sensitive compound microgel based on SiO2 and a preparation method thereof. The pH-sensitive compound microgel is prepared by mainly taking methacrylate (MMA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate (EGDMA, a cross-linking agent) as a mixed monomer and taking solid nano SiO2 as a stabilizer, and polymerizing through utilizing Pickering emulsion. Compared with a traditional method for preparing the compound microgel by adopting a sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) anionic surfactant, the toxicity of the microgel is reduced, and the cost and water resources are also reduced; and the application of the compound microgel in tissue repairing engineering is expanded.
