Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pH-sensitive synthetic polymer, cell desorption according to pH change, and tissue engineering use of detached cells. A polymer manufactured by using a block copolymer of the present invention exhibits pH sensitivity, and thus, it is possible to completely decompose the polymer by a method of changing pH conditions, thereby being able to be usefully used as a suitable polymer during cell culture.
