Abstract

The invention relates to a PFOE water response shape memory tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold is a porous scaffold prepared by cross-linking a hydroxylated high polymer material PFOE. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing recrystallized fumaric acid and 1,2,7,8-diepoxyoctane in an anhydrous oxygen-free N2 atmosphere, adding a catalyst and a solvent, and carrying out acid-induced epoxy ring opening reaction at the temperature of 90-100 DEG C so as to prepare the PFOE; (2) preparing a solution from the PFOE, cross-linking through a salting-out method, thereby obtaining the PFOE water response shape memory tissue engineering scaffold. The PFOE water response shape memory tissue engineering scaffold disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of porous structure and high porosity, and can well maintain the initial shape at the room temperature at a glass transition temperature or higher. Meanwhile, the PFOE water response shape memory tissue engineering scaffold has excellent water response shape memory functions and biodegradable properties and has excellent application prospects.
