Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering technology, and is especially one kind of perfusion bioreactor. The perfusion bioreactor consists of three parts including peristaltic pump, flowing cabin and liquid storing container. It is used in the perfusion culture of seed cell/rack material composition with formed and liquid biological material as rack, and has raised diffusion capacity of the culture liquid to pass through the material and mechanical stimulation of shearing force the fluid produces on the cell. The perfusion culture can obtain constructed tissue with great thickness and high growth degree.
