Abstract
The invention provides a PEEK microballoon with a special topological shape on a surface, and a preparation method and application thereof. The interior of the PEEK microballoon is of a honeycomb-shaped sample hole structure, and extends to form the microballoon with a gully shape on the surface; and the hole size of the honeycomb-shaped sample hole structure is 1 to 20 microns. Compared with theprior art, the PEEK microballoon with the special topological shape on the surface, provided by the invention, has a preferable mechanical property, and simultaneously is good in filling effect; afterthe PEEK microballoon as a bone repair material is implanted into the body, on one hand, a good supporting role can be played, on the other hand, when large-area irregular bone defects are treated, apreferable filling effect can be achieved, and the PEEK microballoon is beneficial for the filling of the irregular bone defects; and moreover, the special topological shape on the surface of the PEEK microballoon is beneficial for cell proliferation and adhesion as well as growth factor loading, sufficient fusion with tissues can be promoted, the process of bone healing is quickened, and the process of pre-texturization is realized, so that wider application can be realized in tissue engineering bone repair materials.
