Abstract

The invention discloses a parametric design method for vascular nets with mosaic structures in skull tissue engineering. The method comprises the steps of: 1, extracting vascular features of a diploicvein: comparing the radius size of cavity structures through model preprocessing after reconstructing a skull model to distinguish porous structures from vein vascular structures and extracting the vascular features of the diploic vein, wherein the vascular features of the diploic vein comprise topological features and geometric features, the topological features reflect the distribution of bloodvessels in the space and the geometric features comprise vascular branch angles and vascular radii; and 2, designing a parametric model of a vascular structure: firstly, carrying out parametric design of a Mosaic structure, defining vascular pathways and finally generating a parametric vascular model with multi-level features. According to the method disclosed by the invention, through adjustingMosaic structure parameters, the density degree of the vascular nets can be adjusted and the vascular structure adjusting can be carried out for a certain area; and blood vessels can be uniformly andfully distributed in the set space; and therefore, the method is feasible in manufacturing a skull vascular stent.
