Abstract
The invention discloses oxygen-rich and temperature-sensitive hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The oxygen-rich and temperature-sensitive hydrogel is prepared by mixing a CS acid solution, abeta-G solution, an HEC solution and perflubron emulsion; the content of perflubron in the hydrogel is 5.0-15.0vol%. The oxygen-rich and temperature-sensitive hydrogel provided by the invention is free from toxic and side effects, has good physical and chemical properties, oxygen release performance and microstructure, is good in histocompatibility, can be completely removed by metabolism, can promote bone defect healing, and is suitable for being used in the field of bone tissue engineering as a sustained-release carrier of oxygen. The oxygen-rich and temperature-sensitive hydrogel has the basic biological characteristics of CS, is experimentally proved to have good histocompatibility and degradability, has no obvious stimulation and toxic and side effects on surrounding tissues, and canbe gradually and completely eliminated by means of metabolism; the degradation process can provide a growth space for the new bone tissues, so that bone healing is promoted.
