23 Jul Oxygen-containing functional group modified carbon nanotube-based implantable supercapacitor and fabrication method thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering, and particularly relates to an oxygen-containing functional group modified carbon nanotube-based implantable supercapacitor and a fabrication method thereof. The fabrication method comprises the steps of performing controllable growth to obtain a spinnable carbon nanotube array by a chemical vapor deposition method, performing microwave oxygen plasma processing to obtain a spinnable hydrophilic carbon nanotube array, pressing and stripping to obtain a hydrophilic carbon nanotube thin film, and further twisting to obtain a hydrophilic carbon nanotube fiber. The material has good biocompatibility; and the supercapacitor is further fabricated by taking the material as an electrode and a biological fluid such as a phosphate buffer liquid, serum and whole blood as an electrolyte, and a favorable energy storage effect is displayed. The material has good biocompatibility and has wide application prospect in the field of tissue engineering, particularly in the field of an implantable energy device; and moreover, the material is light, has flexibility and can be woven to form an energy fabric for application on a large scale.
