Oxidizing bacteria cellulose micrometer-nanometer tissue engineering scaffold material and preparing method thereof

Abstract

The present invention relates to an oxidizing bacteria cellulose micrometer-nanometer tissue engineering scaffold material and a preparing method thereof. The oxidizing bacteria cellulose micrometer-nanometer tissue engineering scaffold material is prepared by Acetobacter xylinum, sodium metaperiodate and NaClO2 as raw materials. The preparing method comprises the following steps: firstly cultivating the Acetobacter xylinum in a liquid culture medium, obtaining the bacteria cellulose film through the alkali purification, oxidizing the bacteria cellulose film with the sodium metaperiodate for obtaining the oxidizing bacteria cellulose scaffold, then reacting with NaClO2, cleaning, and freeze-drying. The oxidizing bacteria cellulose micrometer-nanometer tissue engineering scaffold material of the invention has a pore structure of 50-200 mu m, and furthermore the inner part of the nanometer pore contains the nanometer fiber. The preparing method of the invention has the advantages of relatively easiness, low cost and significance for further applying as a bionic tissue engineering bracket material.
