Abstract

Natural alginate is taken as a main research object, and by compounding of bioactive substances such as polyacrylamide, hydroxyapatite and gelatin, defects of poor mechanical properties, difficulty in degradation in a human body, lack of cell special binding sites and the like in application of the alginate to tissue engineering are overcome by means of combination of an interpenetrating network, homogeneous-phase crosslinking, partial oxidation, surface modification and bioactive growth fact controlled release.
