Abstract
The invention relates to oxidation-reduction sensitive antibacterial hydrogel. The oxidation-reduction sensitive antibacterial hydrogel comprises aliphatic polyester with aldehyde groups, cystamine and an appropriate quantity of solvents. The weight of the cystamine accounts for 5-20% of the weight of the aliphatic polyester with the aldehyde groups. The oxidation-reduction sensitive antibacterialhydrogel has the advantages that antibacterial tissue engineering scaffolds prepared from the oxidation-reduction sensitive antibacterial hydrogel are good in elastic modulus, swelling property and biocompatibility, low in cytotoxicity and high in cell affinity, and good antibacterial effects can be realized.
