Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head and body manufactured as a whole. Medial and basal portion of the device are designed as two or more rods forming internal cavity to enable bone tissue to proliferate. The implant is cylindrical. Rod cross-sections are constant or uniformly variable in the direction of the basal portion. Axial lines of the rods are equidistant to screw lines running along generatrix of the implant lateral surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high rigidity of fixation. 3 cl, 6 dwg _
