Abstract
The invention relates to an ordered mesoporous microsphere medicine carrier with bioactivity and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing ethanol-water-in-oil emulsion containing oxides of SiO2, CaO and P2O3 by using an emulsion technology; and removing water and ethanol from the emulsion through rotary evaporation, ageing, and calcining to remove a template agent so as to obtain mesoporous microspheres with the bioactivity. The prepared mesoporous biological glass microspheres have controllable regular shapes, certain pore order, and adjustable pore diameter and specific surface area, and the surfaces of the microspheres can be chemically modified to improve medicine loading capacity, so that better medicine sustained-release effect is achieved. The calcium and phosphorus elements are introduced into the microspheres, so that the bioactivity of mesoporous silicon dioxide is greatly improved and the application requirement of bone tissue engineering is met. By combining the emulsion technology and an evaporation induced self-assembly method, the mesoporous structure which is ordered to some extent is obtained by controlling the ratio of the water to the ethanol in a dispersion phase. The method is simple and practicable, process and equipment requirements are lower, and experiment parameters are easy to control.
