Abstract

The oral cavity mucosa epithelial cell culture fluid contains a basic culture fluid, the serum, an essential supplementing factor, a cell growth factor, a wall-adhered factor and a regulating factor for cell proliferation and differentiation. Under the condition that the low-concentration serum and the cell growth factor provide nutrients for cell growth, the demand for high-density proliferation of oral cavity mucosa epithelial cells is met by adding the regulating factor for cell proliferation and differentiation, meanwhile the cell proliferation inhibiting phenomenon caused by excessive differentiation of epithelial cells is also avoided, accordingly the proliferation and differentiation of in-vitro oral cavity mucosa epithelial cells can be effectively balanced, the cell doubling time is reduced, and the demand for establishing a large-scale tissue engineering model is met.
