23 Jul OPHTHALMOLOGICAL LASER THERAPY DEVICE
Abstract
The invention relates to an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1) comprising a laser system (2) for generating a therapeutic laser beam (3), an x-y scanner (4) for deflecting the therapeutic laser beam (3) perpendicular to the optical axis (16) of the ophthalmological laser therapy device (1), a collecting optic (7) for forming the therapeutic laser beam (3) in an image field (17-1) and a z-scanner (8) for shifting the focus point of the therapeutic laser beam (3) in a z-direction along the optical axis (16). The invention also relates to a method for processing a tissue of an eye (20) by means of a therapeutic laser beam (3) of an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1). The problem addressed by the invention is to provide an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1) and a corresponding method which permit, with minimal engineering complexity, a very quick positioning of the laser spot in a large volume region, in particular in a large x-y region perpendicular to the optical axis (16). This problem is solved by an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1) comprising a device for the adjustable redirecting of the laser beam (9), which device is arranged in the beam path of the therapeutic laser beam (3) after the collection optic (7). The problem is also solved by a method for processing a tissue of the eye (20) or a material located in an eye (20) using an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1), wherein each sub-section of the tissue of the eye (20) is processed using a corresponding positioning of the device for the adjustable redirecting of the laser beam (9) in an image field (17-1) of the collection optic (7).
