Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing mesoporous bioglass, in particular to a one-step method for preparing mesoporous bioglass material, belonging to the field of biomaterial. The method utilizes surface active agent as structure directing agent and adopts a sol-gel method for preparing the mesoporous bioglass in one step. The bioglass comprises the main components of SiO2-CaO-P2O5, and may be added with MgO, ZnO, etc. The mesoporous bioglass has ordered structure, the specific surface area of 500-1000m<2>/g and the aperture of 6-15nm. Compared with the traditional method for preparing the mesoporous bioglass, the one-step method has short time, simple technique and batch production; furthermore, the prepared mesoporous bioglass material can be applied to bone tissue restoration material, tissue engineering scaffold material, medicine slow release material, dental materials, etc.
