Abstract
The invention relates to the field of biomedical engineering, and in particular relates to a novel assembly type keratoprosthesis. The assembly type keratoprosthesis provided by the invention comprises a central optical part and a fixed support part, wherein the central optical part comprises a spherical cover body and a cylindrical transparent body; the upper surface of the spherical cover body is a spherical face, and while the lower surface of the spherical cover body is connected with the upper surface of the cylindrical transparent body; through holes are arranged at the middle of the fixed support part; fixed rings are arranged on the sidewalls of the through holes; and the cylindrical transparent body passes through the fixed support part through the through holes. As being verified in a lagophthalmos animal experiment, the novel assembly type keratoprosthesis has the functions of promoting the tissue to quickly grow to achieve good healing, increasing the firmness of the keratoprosthesis and reducing the complications such as detaching, offsetting, water leaking, edema in surrounding tissue of keratoprosthesis and dissolving With the adoption of the assembly type keratoprosthesis, the incidence rate of anterior and posterior cylinder fibrosis proliferative membrances of the keratoprosthesis can be reduced in clinic, and the keratoprosthesis and the tissue in the lamellar cornea can be promoted to heal well.
