Abstract
The product belongs to the fields of tissue engineering and medical repair, and fibrous membrane artificial skin is produced from a material with high biocompatibility. The product is applicable to treatment of skin injury and chronic ulcer caused by various disaster events in first-aid. The artificial skin containing a multilayer structure is prepared by a rapid prototyping technology, and the structures and functions can be changed according to specific injury conditions. The artificial skin adopts bacterial cellulose, PLGA and hyaluronic acid as raw materials, simulates real skin structures, keeps microenvironments of wounds stable, can be used for solving skin burn and mechanical injury problems, and can also used for treating problems of skin ulcer and healing difficulty caused by type II diabetes and hepatorenal dysfunction.
