Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and designs a bilayer artificial blood vessel by constructing high-molecular ordered fibers and bacterial cellulose and modifying with a specific extracellular matrix. An inner layer of the artificial blood vessel herein is made with the ordered fibers based on the action of fiber morphology upon cell behaviors; a binding site is provided for vascular endothelial cells; polar growth of the vascular endothelial cell is induced. An outer layer is made with bacterial cellulose, so that cell penetration is facilitated, and a survival space is preserved for vascular smooth muscle cells. in-vitro cell culture is performed on the ordered fibers and bacterial cellulose based on structural optimization. In simple words, vascular endothelial cells are cultured on the ordered fibers; vascular smooth muscle cells are cultured with the bacterial cellulose. Finally, cell-specific extracellular matrix modification is performed on the ordered fibers and bacterial cellulose by decellularization, and the behaviors of different cells in different cell regeneration phases are regulated.
