Abstract

The invention relates to a non-woven material reinforced tissue engineering composite three-dimensional scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The non-woven material reinforced tissue engineering composite three-dimensional scaffold is composed of a non-woven material reinforcer and a natural biomaterial free-dried scaffold. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing fibers into the non-woven material by use of the non-weaving technology; (2) immersing the non-woven material in the prepared aqueous solution of the natural biomaterial; (3) removing moisture by use of the free-drying technology; (4) immersing the natural biomaterial in a crosslinking agent, thereby obtaining the non-woven material reinforced tissue engineering composite three-dimensional scaffold. The preparation method of the non-woven material reinforced tissue engineering composite three-dimensional scaffold is simple to operate, high in stability, free from use of an organic solvent in the whole process, and environmental friendly and safe; the prepared three-dimensional tissue engineering composite scaffold is excellent in mechanical properties; the fibers in the non-woven material and the natural biomaterial part in the scaffold are closely bonded together, so that the structural stability of the scaffold is effectively improved and the mechanical properties of the scaffold are enhanced.
