23 Jul Non-diagnosis/treatment-targeted multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection method of fowl tumor viruses
Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of gene engineering, and provides a non-diagnosis/treatment-targeted multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection method of fowl tumor viruses, which can be used for simultaneously detecting REV, MDV, ALV-J and ALV-A viruses. By researching the characteristics of the four viruses, carrying out multiplex PCR reaction respectively by using four pairs of specific primers and optimizing the reaction system and conditions, the optimal reaction conditions are screened out, and the multiple RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) method capable of simultaneously detecting four pathogens is established; the method can be used for detecting the clinical sample to judge whether the four viruses exist; compared with the pathological tissue section inspection process, the accuracy of the method is up to 95%; and the whole detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity and favorable specificity, and is simple and quick to operate.
