Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical science and tissue engineering and designs and manufactures a no-power-property artificial ventricle device. According to the manufacturing method, the no-power manual ventricle is sewn according to an attached map method. The device is composed of one bag cavity and two openings, the volume of a bag is equal to the volume of the normal left or right ventricle, and the two openings are located in the two ends of the bag respectively and are an inlet and an outlet respectively, wherein the inlet and the outlet each contain the artificial heart valve. According to the application method and effect, the artificial ventricle is arranged on the single ventricle cavity of a single ventricle patient, an inlet of the artificial ventricle is connected with the three (two) cusp rings of the patient, and an outlet of the artificial ventricle is connected with the pulmonary valve ring (aortic valve ring) of the patient. Arterial blood and vein blood of the patient can be incised through the heart structure formed in this way so as to eradicate the lesion of the single ventricle. According to the work principle, the artificial ventricle contains the vein blood (or arterial blood) and has the function of the right (left) heart, and the single ventricle cavity only receives the arterial blood (or vein blood) and has the function of the left (right) ventricle. The artificial ventricle works by depending on power of the single ventricle of the patient.
