Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of biological technology, and is especially a new kind of recombinant tissue factor inhibiting peptide with anticoagulant and thrombosis resisting activity and its preparation. Based on the structure and biochemical characteristic analysis of whole length tissue factor, the present invention designs the structure of novel recombinant tissue factor inhibiting peptide, recombines mutant tissue factor inhibiting peptide gene and prokaryotic expression vector pLK-4, transforms proteinase defective colibacillus and screens high expression engineering bacteria. Through engineering bacteria fermentation, high pressure breaking of bacteria, dissolving inclusion body, renaturation and purification, recombinant tissue factor inhibiting peptide is obtained.
