Abstract

Hyaluronic acid is dissolved in an aqueous alkaline solution with a mass percentage of 1%, a crosslinking agent used in a crosslinking reaction is N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine or dithiothreitol, the crosslinking reaction is carried out in the above obtained aqueous alkaline solution of hyaluronic acid at 30-50 DEG Cfor 6-24 h. The preparation method of the crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel is characterized in that a small molecule containing a disulfide bond, which is used as a crosslinking agent, crosslinks withhyaluronic acid to obtain the crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel. The method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, high crosslinking efficiency, simplicity in process and post-treatment, and easiness in operation; and the crosslinked hyaluronic acid s obtained by the crosslinking reaction, has a three-dimensional network structure, good mechanical propertiesand good mechanical properties, and can be used as a good drug carrier and a tissue engineering scaffold material.
