Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of wound repair materials, and in particular relates to a nerve growth factor with adhesion capacity, a coding gene of the nerve growth factor, a preparation method and a wound repair material. A DNA molecule is formed by connecting a gene segment for coding the nerve growth factor and a gene segment for coding YKYKY oligopeptide. According to the technical scheme, L-DOPA has chemical crosslinking under the alkalescent environment, a poly-dopa layer is formed on the surface of the material, and thus the adhesion of NGF on the surfaces of various tissue engineering materials is realized. The method can be used for preparing various central and peripheral nervous repairing materials including a cell microcarrier, a repair film, a nerve conduit andthe like with adhesion of the nerve growth factor, and a cell culture plate and a tissue engineering nerve repair scaffold.
