Abstract
The present invention provides: synthetic nanofibril in which a polymer of methacrylate monomers is covalently bound with a hydroxy group on the surface of a polyester polymer nano-fibril obtained by fragmenting electrospining nanofiber of a biocompatible polyester polymer by hydrolysis; a method for producing the same; and a scaffold for tissue engineering including the synthetic nanofibril, which is covalently bound.
