Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrogel material preparation and particularly relates to natural casein porous hydrogel material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method includes: using the self-emulsifying feature of casein to prepare oil-in-water type high-internal-phase emulsion, using 1-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxy succinimide to catalyze the carboxyl of the casein to have amidation with amino so as to enable the crosslinking of the casein in a continuous phase to form a three-dimensional network structure, and removing impurities to obtain the natural casein porous hydrogel material. The natural casein porous hydrogel material has communicating pores, the pore diameter distribution is 5-120 micrometers, and the porosity is larger than 75%. The prepared porous hydrogel material is good in biocompatibility, degradable, easy in pore diameter and porosity regulation, and especially suitable for being used as biological tissue engineering cell scaffold material.
