Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-zirconia porous tissue engineering scaffold. The nano-zirconia porous scaffold prepared by the method has a pore size of 1000-1500micrometers, and is in favor of cell growth and vascularization. The sample has metalloid luster and has good overall light transmission, the holes are circular and are connected to each other. The polyurethane template duplication method adopted by the invention has the advantages of simple process and convenient operation. The porous nano-zirconia bone tissue engineering scaffold prepared by the method has high porosity, good three-dimensional connectivity, and good overall permeability. Because of excellent biocompatibility and mechanical properties, the nano-zirconia porous scaffold prepared by the method provided by the invention is mainly applicable to the bone tissue engineering field, and is especially suitable for jawbone tissue engineering and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell research and other fields.
