23 Jul Nano-silicon dioxide composite hydrogel for 3D printing and wound repair
Abstract
The invention relates to a nano-silicon dioxide composite hydrogel for 3D printing and wound repair, and belongs to a polymeric biomaterial. Nano-silicon dioxide of which the tail end is connected with a beta-dihydroxy compound serves as an initiating agent and a cross-linking agent, gelatin of which the tail end is connected with a double bond serves as a monomer, nano-silicon dioxide and the gelatin are uniformly dispersed in an aqueous solution, and the nano-silicon dioxide composite hydrogel is prepared through enzymatic-catalysis free radical polymerization under the action of glucose and glucose oxidase. The hydrogel can be prepared at room temperature within 6 min to 30 min by adjusting the concentrations of nano-silicon dioxide with the beta-dihydroxy compound, glucose and glucose oxidase. The hydrogel has the advantages of being mild, efficient, good in mechanical property and high in biocompatibility, therefore, the hydrogel can be used for 3D printing and cell culture, and the hydrogel can be used for tissue engineering of wound repair and the like after being loaded with fibroblast growth factors.
