Nano silica modified 3D printing tracheal stent and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a nano silica modified 3D printing tracheal stent and a manufacturing method thereof. The 3D printing tracheal stent is made of a PCL material. The 3D printing tracheal stent has a pore diameter of 200[mu]m. The manufacturing method includes two steps of porous tracheal stent manufacture and nano silica modification of the PCL stent. The nano-surface-modified 3D printing PCL tracheal stent has excellent biomechanical properties. At the same time, the biocompatibility is beneficial to cell attachment and growth. In vivo implantation experiments confirm that the stent hasthe prospect of ideal materials for tissue engineering tracheal reconstruction.
