Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out electrostatic spinning on nano and micro chitosan sodium alginate composite fibrous membranes under certain conditions, carrying out alkaline cleaning and air drying on the composite fibrous membranes, carrying out high-speed shearing on the nano and micro chitosan sodium alginate composite fibrous membranes in water in a certain ratio to obtain short fibers, separating samples, and carrying out freeze drying, so that the nano-micro fiber chitosan sodium alginate three-dimensional composite scaffold is obtained. Chitosan and sodium alginate are compounded for overcoming the defects of chitosan and sodium alginate, the preparation method is simple in technology, and the composite scaffold has good biological properties and mechanical properties.
