Abstract
The invention relates to a nano material, and particularly relates to a nano material promoting bone cell growth and a preparation method and application thereof. The nano material is a polylactic acid fiber membrane. The preparation method adopts an electrostatic spinning technology, takes polylactic acid as a raw material, and can be used for preparing a nano poly-lactic acid fiber membranes. The nano poly-lactic acid fiber membrane in different shapes have a function of promoting rBMSCs osteogenesis and differntiation, has guiding significance in design of materials of bone defect treatment in the future, and is significant in modern bone tissue engineering research.
