23 Jul Nano-composite hydrogel based on carboxymethyl xylan and preparation and application thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials and discloses nano-composite hydrogel based on carboxymethyl xylan and preparation and application thereof. According to the preparation method, graphite oxide powder is added into deionized water, and ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain GO aqueous dispersion liquid; an acrylamide monomer and the carboxymethyl xylan are added into the GO aqueous dispersion liquid, the mixture is stirred and dispersed to be uniform, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and an accelerant are added on an ice-bath condition, and the mixture is stirred and mixed to be uniform to obtain a mixed solution; the mixed solution is dried and reacts at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C for 2-6 h to obtain hydrogel; lastly, the hydrogel is soaked in an Al(NO3)3 solution for cross-linking to obtain the nano-composite hydrogel based on the carboxymethyl xylan. The composite hydrogel has high mechanical performance, is biodegradable, has good biocompatibility and can be applied to biomedical fields such as tissue engineering, drug sustained release, cell culture stents and cartilage tissue.
