Abstract

The invention provides a nano calcium phosphate/polymer directional hole composite material and a preparation method thereof, which relate to an antibiotic medical vector material and a preparation method thereof. The nano calcium phosphate/polymer directional hole composite material consists of nano calcium phosphate, polymers and a directional hole structure, wherein the directional hole structure is that tubular holes are directionally distributed in a nano calcium phosphate/polymer substrate; the aperture is between 1 and 50 micrometers, and the porosity is between 30 and 80 percent; and hole walls can be partially communicated with each other. The preparation method comprises that: the nano calcium phosphate, a solvent and polymer organic phases are driven to form multiphase metastable state colloid by the action of a surfactant; the metastable state colloid is destabilized after freezing and subjected to water-phase separation; separated water is condensed into ice which is then taken as a template; water phase is induced to be solidified in certain direction by controlling the direction and the velocity of the freezing process; and the ice is sublimed by vacuum drying, and the directional porous structure is formed in the calcium phosphate/polymer composite material. The material has good biological structural hole characteristics, and can be taken as an engineering material of a tissue structure and a medical vector material for treating bone infection.
