After mutation, the tissue-type plasminogen activator mutant reteplase has very stable secretory expression in Pichia pastoris, and has such advantages as high expression level, high purification yield, high stability, high activity and simple process. This invention can conveniently obtain tissue-type plasminogen activator mutant reteplase with high efficiency.
