Abstract

The mutual contact face of the wood board strips and each layer is smeared with adhesive, and thermocompression is taken to compose a thick wood board. As the constraint of the adhesive between the wood board strips and the internal stress has offset balance, wood fiber tissue becomes tight after compression, and thereby, the buckling deformation of dry contraction and wet extension is overcome, the utilization rate of wood with low quality is improved, the cost is reduced, and the adhesive dosage is reduced.
