23 Jul Multilayer well-organized silk fibroin tissue engineering scaffold and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a multilayer well-organized silk fibroin tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution with the mass percent of 30-40% by taking silk cocoons as raw materials; (2) preparing well-organized silk fibroin fibrofelts by taking a high-speed rotating roller as a collecting device through an electrostatic spinning process; and (3) preparing oriented fibrofelts with different layers, thicknesses and compound angles by changing receiving directions of aluminum foils coated on the roller and post-treating the oriented fibrofelts to improve the mechanical property of the oriented fibrofelts. The tissue engineering scaffold prepared through the method is compact and even in structure and controllable in area and has excellent mechanical property and size stability; the superficial orientation morphology of the tissue engineering scaffold can guide the shape and the direction of the growth of cells and promote the adhesion and the proliferation of the cells; and the tissue engineering scaffold is applied to the bio-medical field such as the repair and regeneration of urethras, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, tendons and ligaments.
