Abstract
The invention relates to multifunctional high-strength gel and a preparation method of the multifunctional high-strength gel. The multifunctional high-strength gel comprises the following steps: (1) preparing ionic liquids (ILs): selecting natural compound amino acid and choline, and preparing novel green ionic liquids through neutralization reaction; (2) modifying the ionic liquids (ILs): introducing double bonds into ILs through AAc under the effects of N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC), thus obtaining a vinyl ionic liquid monomer with a polymerization function; (3) preparing the multifunctional high-strength gel: using functional monomers of temperature-responsive N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm), pH-sensitive acrylic acid (AAc), conductive ionic liquid and the like to prepare the multifunctional high-strength gel in an ionic/covalent crosslinking system by a one-pot method. The method is simple and quick, conditions are mild, large equipment is not required, aqueous phase reaction is green and environment-friendly, and the method has a relatively high practical application value in the industry. The gel has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and multifunctional responsiveness, and further has broad application prospects in fields of biological medicines, tissue engineering and the like.
