Abstract
The invention discloses a multidirectional tissue-engineering porous material perfusion system, comprising a nutrient solution container, a first conduit, a first perfusion chamber joint, a perfusion chamber, an outer sleeve pipe, a first negative-pressure unit, a negative-pressure conduit and a tissue-engineering porous material. According to the invention, the tissue-engineering porous material is arranged in the perfusion chamber, and a nutrient solution flows in the perfusion chamber in virtue of the negative-pressure unit, so pressure contact between the tissue-engineering porous material and the nutrient solution is realized; and thus, the speed and uniformity of nutrient solution absorption by the tissue-engineering porous material is improved. A multistage pump is employed, so the capacity of the tissue-engineering porous material in bearing liquid in the perfusion chamber can be adjusted; and thus, the nutrient solution absorption speed of the tissue-engineering porous material is controlled.
