Abstract
The invention relates to a multi-nozzle injection device for a complex organ prosoma three-dimensional controlled forming machine, belonging to the field of tissue engineering. The device comprises a main bracket, a movable plate, a movable plate drive mechanism and nozzle components. At least two nozzle component guided grooves are vertically arranged on the main bracket; a slide block is arranged in each nozzle component guided groove; the nozzle components are fixedly connected with the slide blocks; a horizontal movable plate channel is arranged at the lower part of the main bracket, and the channel is communicated with the nozzle component guided groove; the movable plate is arranged in the movable plate channel, and the upper plate surface is in the shape of V; and the bottom of the slide block is in contact with the V-shaped upper plate surface. The movable plate drive mechanism drives the movable plate to do horizontal reciprocating motion, and the horizontal motion of the movable plate drives the slide blocks to do vertical lifting motion, thereby realizing lifting displacement motion when switching the nozzle by the injection device, effectively avoiding the influence of a standby nozzle to a work nozzle, and realizing precise formation of heterogeneous multiple material organ prosoma with large size and complex three dimensional structure.
