Abstract
The invention relates to a multi-layer nanofiber fabric bone tissue engineering scaffold material and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold material is prepared by preparing continuous nanofiber yarns through electrostatic spinning and weaving the yarns by virtue of machine weaving so as to obtain a multi-layer nanofiber fabric. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving silk fibroin and a polymer according to different mass ratios in hexafluoroisopropanol so as to obtain a spinning solution which is 6-8% in mass fraction, spinning continuous nanofiber yarns which are 60-500 microns in diameter through electrostatic spinning, and then weaving the yarns by virtue of machine weaving so as to obtain the multi-layer nanofiber fabric, wherein the layer number of the multi-layer nanofiber fabric is equal to or more than 2, a warp density is 50-150 warps/5cm, a weft density is 20-300 wefts/5cm and a porosity is 30-70%. The bone tissue engineering scaffold material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method and low in cost, and the scaffold material is excellent in biocompatibility and bone induction property; therefore, the scaffold material can be used as a repair or substitute material for bone tissues.
