Abstract

The invention discloses a monodisperse porous hydroxyapatite microsphere, a preparation method and an application of the microsphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) introducing a porous high polymer microsphere into water, adding alkali during stirring after uniform dispersion, regulating PH (potential of hydrogen) to be 10-11 to form a solution A, (2) introducing a calcium source and a phosphorus source into the water to form a solution B, (3) gradually dropwise adding the solution B into the solution A, continuing reaction after dropwise adding to form a solution C, (4) filtering the solution C, and performing washing and drying to form a high polymer-hydroxyapatite composite microsphere, and (5) calcining the high polymer-hydroxyapatite composite microsphere to form the porous hydroxyapatite microsphere. The hydroxyapatite microsphere is controllable and uniform in particle size and controllable in aperture, a preparation technology is simple, and a reaction condition is easy to control. The microsphere is suitable for large-scale production and can be widely applied to the fields of bioseparation, tissue engineering and the like.
