23 Jul Modified biopolymer fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite material and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention provides a modified biopolymer fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite material. Lactic acid is utilized to carried out graft modification on biopolymer fiber by virtue of esterification, so as to obtain modified biopolymer fiber, then the modified biopolymer fiber and polylactic acid are taken as raw materials, banburying is carried out, so as to obtain homogeneous mixture of modified biopolymer fiber and polylactic acid, and then the obtained homogeneous mixture of modified biopolymer fiber and polylactic acid is subject to hot forming in a hot press, and finally cooling and solidifying are carried out, thus obtaining the composite material. The preparation method of the invention has simple operation and high production efficiency, interface combination among components of the prepared composite material is good, the composite material of the invention are greatly improved in mechanical properties and thermal properties compared with polylactic acid, and cost of material is greatly reduced. The composite material of the invention remains good biodegradability and biocompatibility of polylactic acid and can be used for preparing novel environmentally friendly engineering plastics and fracture internal fixation tissue engineering material.
