Abstract
The invention discloses a modified bamboo fiber enhanced chitosan-based porous material and a preparation method thereof. The porous material is prepared by ultrasonically stirring modified bamboo fibers and a compound of chitosan and inorganic particles in an aqueous solution, then performing uniform mixing, then adding a small amount of glacial acetic acid to obtain a compound gel substance, putting the compound gel substance in a culture dish, pre-cooling the compound gel substance and then performing lyophilization. Because carboxyl with the surface-modified bamboo fibers and cations of chitosan acidic solutions have a strong ionic crosslinking effect, compared with a porous material with non-modified bamboo fibers or without the bamboo fibers, the porous material disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the mechanical performance and the degradation performance are greatly improved. The novel porous material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the used rawmaterials are rich in sources, and the preparation method is simple; and through content of the components of the porous material, the mechanical performance, the degradation performance, the osteoconductivity and the antibacterial performance of the porous material are regulated and controlled, and the porous material is expected to be used as a bone tissue engineering scaffold material.
