Abstract
The invention discloses a mineralized bacterial cellulose three-dimensional porous bone tissue restoration scaffold preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: bone tissues which undergo expected restoration and bone tissues which undergo decalcification treatment are respectively scanned by a computed tomography technology so as to obtain a digital model of a bone tissue three-dimensional porous structure; a negative type is calculated by Boolean operation; a paraffin negative type of a three-dimensional porous scaffold is prepared by the utilization of a three-dimensional rapid moulding technology; a bacterial strain for secretion of bacterial cellulose is selected for activation so as to prepare a seed mash; the seed mash is uniformly dripped on the paraffin negative type which has been undergone sterilization treatment; a fermentation medium is added for culture for 6-14d; and a fermentation product undergoes paraffin removal, purification and mineralization processing so as to obtain the mineralized bacterial cellulose three-dimensional porous bone tissue restoration scaffold. The preparation method provided by the invention requires a simple technology, is convenient to operate and can be adopted to prepare the mineralized bacterial cellulose three-dimensional porous bone tissue restoration scaffold having a complicated shape. The prepared three-dimensional porous scaffold can be applied in the field of bone tissue engineering.
