MICROSPHERE TISSUE ENGINEERING SCAFFOLD FOR BEAUTY FILLING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Abstract

A microsphere tissue engineering scaffold for beauty filling and a preparation method of the microsphere tissue engineering scaffold. The method comprises the following processing steps: (1) preparing polyurethane microspheres: adding isocyanate monomer and oligomer diol into a reaction vessel for reaction for 1.5 to 3.5 hours under 70 to 90 °C, then adding a hydrophilic chain extender, a viscosity modifier and a catalyst, heating till the temperature reaches 45 to 55 °C, and reacting for 3 to 4 hours; adding the reaction liquid into a salt forming agent solution under high-speed stirring, shearing and emulsifying for 1 to 3.5 hours, cleaning the microspheres with deionized water and then freeze-drying in vacuum; (2) preparing a polyurethane microsphere scaffold: dispersing the polyurethane microspheres in an NaCl solution to form homogeneous emulsion, pouring the emulsion into a mold, and freeze-drying under -50 to -20 °C; (3) mineralizing the surface of the scaffold: under low-speed stirring, fixing the polyurethane microsphere scaffold in a urease-containing calcium-phosphorus supersaturated solution for the purpose of mineralization treatment for 2 to 24 hours, then washing the scaffold for 12 to 24 hours with deionized water, and freeze-drying.
