Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering regeneration and repair, and discloses a microporous cytoskeleton capable of being modified by nanoparticles, a preparation method thereof anda nanoparticle-modified microporous cytoskeleton. The microporous cytoskeleton material is prepared from chitosan, gelatin and agarose. Chitosan, agarose and gelatin are subjected to a chemical cross-linking freezing gel method to prepare the microporous cytoskeleton with an irregular honeycomb morphology structure composed of interconnected micropores and thin walls, wherein the sections of the interconnected micropores are 100 [mu]m in size. The microporous cytoskeleton disclosed by the invention can be chemically modified by nanoparticles. The nanoparticle-modified microporous cytoskeletonhas excellent cytokine loading capacity, can efficiently load various cytokines, can continuously release the cytokines for more than 15 days after the cytokines are loaded, and is expected to continuously and effectively exert a biological effect in local tissues.
