Abstract
A method for preparing a self-assembled micron tube based on low-immunogenicity polypeptide comprises the following steps that 1, low-immunogenicity polypeptide is dissolved at low temperature and isfast stirred, and a polypeptide stock solution is obtained through ultrasonic treatment; 2, polypeptide is prepared into a solution with the concentration being 0.01% to 30% (w/v) through a sodium dihydrogen phosphate/disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution with the pH ranging from 6.0 to 8.0, and assembling is carried out in a biochemical culture box for 6 h to 24 h in a dark environment at the temperature of 37 DEG C; 3, then the solution is dried through supercritical CO2 drying or freeze drying or normal-temperature drying, and finally the low-immunogenicity polypeptide micron tube canbe obtained. The process is simple and practicable, and the obtained micron tube is uniform in size, regular in morphology and stable in character, has good biocompatibility, biodegradability and biosecurity, and can be used as a medicine carrier material, a hemostatic material, a scaffold for tissue engineering, advanced dressing, a cosmetic material and the like.
